From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. They provided me with quick and efficient service. The gentlemen with blonde hair (forgive me for forgetting his name) was very nice and made sure I was taken care of. My rental car was a little late to our appointment and the guy from classic collision was very apologetic. I overheard him call Enterprise to let them know it wasn't ok to be late and suggested a plan for this not to happen again for his future customers. Within a few minutes, the rental car arrived and I was on my way. When I picked up my car 2 days later, my car looked brand new. It was detailed and again I was treated very well and the customer service was 110%. Thank you!

The work done on my car was great but please let me tell you how AWESOME THE Customer Service is. The entire team including GEICO AND ENTERPRISE work very well together and their spirit was great! I didn't expect them to wash my car but they did. I just want to give Classic Collision a huge shout out. Once my coverage is done with USAA I'm changing my insurance to GEICO. They treated me like I was their family and I'm not even their customer. But classic collision is the bomb!!!!
