It was great from the beginning when I called and April helped me out so much, that I didn't have to do almost nothing. Just told her my claim number over the phone, gave me an appt. and that was it!! It didn't even take a week to get my car repaired. Excellent service!! Thank you April!!

Sorry, but I don’t like the work done by classic. After the service, I could still notice lots of marks remaining. They mentioned that they did only buff ... I don’t understand the meaning of buff until I saw the outcome. My insurance were ready to pay for services but classic collision team decided on there own to address only partial issue. I wish I could have gone somewhere else. The manager and people around were good people . I never felt any problem while dealing with them. It was just the quality of work frustrate me.
