This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting my car repaired. April was amazing to deal with, so friendly nice and helpful. She communicated everything up front and I knew what to expect. The turn around time was amazingly fast and the end result is wonderful. I would definitely recommend classic collision to anyone in need of its services.

They were very efficient in getting the car repaired before the date quoted. April kept me informed with daily text messages. The car came back to me cleaner than I left it! My floor mats had even been pressure washed... I had already told my kids they would be cleaning them the following week. They were happy it had been done. You can’t even tell someone backed into my car. We were very pleased. Thank you for a great job !!!

April Turner provided excellent customer service from the initial meeting for an estimate for my Lexus RX350 rear bumper damage. Through to the pick up of the car after the repairs were completed. April provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a person with a speech impediment, situations like this are more stressful than others, and April made me feel comfortable from the very first phone call. I’m awful talking on the phone, but she was very patient and understanding from the start. She also called Hertz on my behalf as well to save me the trouble of talking on the phone. Also, the entire repair team did an amazing job fixing my Jeep as well. I am 1000% satisfied with my experience here and I thank everybody involved.
