If you receive this survey first, be sure to look for my replies on the second survey. Suggestion: to make the customer experience even better and set yourselves miles ahead of the competition, consider setting up an app or email system that not only give worded updates, but shows pictures of progression in stages and updates.

The Quality of the work performed on my automobile is superb. Looking at the results (fit, finish and durability), I cannot tell that my car was ever in an accident. And I am pretty sure that no one else would be able to as well.

Above and beyond service! Happy with everything! Car came back better than I left it inside and out. Fast and friendly staff. I hope I never have to repair my car again, but if I do I will be back and will refer others as well.
