I got an pictures taken by a customer service rep for an estimate on some other work that I needed done and was told it would be sent via email and I never received it. I called to follow up an the customer service person no longer worked there. Called and spoke to Christian & and a female, totaling three more times that promised that they would send the quote after lunch, never received it. I just picked up my car, which I was notified by Enterprise that it was ready. They do good work, but they do not keep their word on following up.

Car retained 2 weeks past estimated completion date. Notification about delays were not communicated by staff-I literally had to call Kevin (Location Manager) daily for 2 weeks to ensure I knew when car would be ready. Car received with 184 more miles than when dropped off month prior per shop estimate sheet vs pickup on odometer. Second repair at shop in 12 months with 2 household cars-delays for this repair and communication 10x worst than a year ago.
