Noone calls for updates... I called them only to be told, they been texting me. I said I got no texts. What number was you texting? The claim my home number. But when I filled out the paperwork. I wrote home number, and cell number. So I know they lied....then I finally got a text saying its almost ready. Then the next day Friday the 28 August 2022. I go in to pick up my van. Not only is it not fix, but a not wash or buff and more marks was on it.... the lady as me to pay, before I looked at it. I told her I would not pay until I see my van. Glad I used my head....

No one called like they say they would.I called them only to be told. They texted me. I looked no text. Next time I called I asked what number they texting cause I still don't see a text. They was texting my HOME NUMBER...SMH Wend I fill out the paper work I write Home number --- and Cell number

I only give a one because I can't give a zero. The car was in the shop for three months, no one was communicative with me, I had to go and pitch a fit to get my car finished, when we got it back the rear interior lights are messed up, and the off track passenger window wasn't repaired. So no, I am absolutely not satisfied with either the quality or the experience.

Awful, simply awful. They never openly communicated about repairs, I had to directly ask them about anything even though I was told there would be constant updates anytime something happened.

If i could rate higher than 10 i would. I actually already told my insurance agent that they should send all their claims to Classic Collision, and a couple of friends too.

The Staff stood on their heads to do whatever they could to assist and deal with what Allstate messed up. From helping with rental vehicle organization, to pushing Allstate to do their job, they were always there to assist. Not very common in todays day and age to feel like a business cares about their customers. but this one definitely does by far!
