Not the best experience. The turnaround was pretty fast. I was not told before hand that my part was on back order from Honda They told me that they ordered a similar part and put in on my car and that it was ready and I can come see it . What made matters worse is when i actually got im my car with my baby it was a roach running around. Totally unexceptionable. I feel Like they should be responsible for having my car cleaned after that .
