Dropped off vehicle and it took weeks for them to get to it after appointment. Then our paperwork for the vehicle was missed placed and it took another couple weeks for them to get that straight. Overall the customer service was awful but the vehicle was done very well. Would like better communication about the status of the vehicle. And some type of management knew what was going on

There was zero inspection performed on my vehicle while in the care of Classic/Performance Collision of Sumter, SC. Informed my catalytic converter was stolen, battery was no good...none which were true! Dealt with Steve Cook the entire time!!

While the communication was great I got my vehicle back and my remote starter no longer works I cannot even use my key fab that came with my car to unlock it. I have a huge scratch on my passenger door that was not there before. My muffler is loud oh and the hatch that was supposed to be fixed makes an awful sound when opening and closing it. Very upset and disappointed
