After inspecting the vehicle, I have identified multiple issues with the workmanship: There is visible sticky residue left on the bumper, indicating the surface was not properly cleaned or finished. The inner wheel well liner is not secured and appears to have been left loose rather than properly reinstalled. There is damage to near by panel on the bumper. Additionally, I observed scratches on nearby panels that I do not recall being present prior to the repair. While I understand these may not have been part of the original claim, I am documenting them as they were present upon return of the vehicle. At this time I am formally documenting these deficiencies and requesting that this matter be addressed appropriately, including guidance on how this will be resolved through your shop or the insurance process.
