I felt that the dent repair was very well done. However, I felt rushed out the door when I came to pick up my car. There was no walk-through and inspection of the work, nor was there any explanation of the increased charges the work incurred. And while it was very minor, there was a chip on the panel next to the one I had fixed that was chipped down to the metal and had not been there before. I happened to find it before I drove away and the manager quickly went to get it repaired, but when it came back it looked like there was just some whiteout on it. It wasn't a full replacement of the actual paint. Maybe that's too difficult to do on such a small spot without additional work, I don't know. It wasn't explained to me. But I would have appreciated it if something like that had been caught during the work and repaired fully. So overall, I did have a good experience and appreciated the proactive communication but I didn't appreciate feeling rushed out the door with some additional damage done to my car as a result of the repair.

Repairs were great. Pickup day was a bit frustrating. First it was ready then it was not. Great that you cleaned my car. The windows were so smudged so bad it was hard to see out of them to drive home. Has to stop at the gas station to clean them.
