The man who took my deductions and went outside with me pointed out damage to the rental. When I told him I didnât do it that it was on the paperwork he gave me attitude about not knowing. I suggested he get the paperwork and look at it. Then there was a chip on my door that I had discussed with Jason that they could just put a small amount of paint on it to keep it from rusting, not a repair just a dab of paint. That wasnât done and when I pointed it out this guy went crazy screaming about how I expected him to repair it for FREE. I walked away and went back in to get Jason. This man was the rudest person I have ever met.
