The person who called to say my car was ready was rude and was acting very defensive. I was called on Tuesday and he said that they have been calling me since Saturday and that my car has BEEN ready. I was confused why he was lying and acting that way. It made me feel like my car has been ready and they didn't call me 3 days later.
