I felt very relaxed during the whole process. I liked the text updates on the status as it went. I noticed that the car came back cleaned inside as well as out. The repair was perfect and completed quickly.

The repairs were done quickly and perfectly. The personnel are great. I think the best way to describe dealing with them is to say I wish they worked in an area that I would deal with them more often. Having to have a car repaired hopefully is not a frequent thing.

I was very happy except for one thing. The plastic trim over the back wheel on the driver side was partially replaced rather than completely replaced. The plastic trim fades from the sun, so now half the trim is new and the other half is very faded so it looks weird. This is a small issue. Other than that, I was very happy😊
