The end product im happy with i just very unhappy with the service communication. Kept in the dark even though when I was able to get in touch with someone I stressed the importance of being in the loop. Telling my case to close friends finding out they have had the same problem. My insurance company told me that this was a recommended facility and for that I am also disappointed.

I have several family friends that I found having the same horrible service I did. Can't believe my insurance company recommended this place. I took it for another situation different rep same exact experience. When they recommended for this situation unfortunately was my only option.
