Please do NOT contact me any further. I just want to say I was extremely disappointed with how the work never seemed to get done because I was told MORE than 7-8 times my car was to be ready "next week" or told "tomorrow"... I even found 2 parts I was being told, "could not be found". I think you need a Quality Control person who would ACTUALLY do their job! There was more that went on but I honestly just want to put it all behind me due to the stress it caused me and so I am telling you what happened here. Even though I do sincerely appreciate my deductible being waived by General Manager Dean, the 15-20 telephone calls that went back and forth between us and the insurance company would have been completely uncalled for if only some would have cared to perform their jobs better! I do have to compliment them on their patience with my being extremely upset and stressed, but who wouldn't be upset after being told your vehicle was going to be ready over and over for about a month, and then it never was, not to mention they kept finding parts that needed replacing or they had the incorrect part or they didn't have one at all, that showed they had supposedly received it. So many problems!!! I will not return to ProCare or suggest it to anyone!!

Every time I called I received great customer service and had all my questions answered. However, I felt like it was upon me to initiate communication. I don’t feel I was being kept abreast throughout the process. I received no status updates and when I called to check on how things were going I was told I could pick up my vehicle (even though a small back ordered piece hadn’t arrived). My thought was “when were you going to tell me my car was ready?”

Not satisfied at all. Poor customer service I have never received a call on updates of my vehicle. I had to be the one calling every time. I picked up my vehicle 3 weeks later to come and find out it’s still not complete they broke a clip putting it on. So they gave it to me not fully done. They said they will call me on a Monday when the part should come in have it painted and here we are Thursday still have not received a call at all. Not even an update. Inspected my vehicle and found scratches that were not there when I took it in. Find yellow and blue Paint marks on my vehicle that was not there when my vehicle is black. Noticed rain is getting in my head light now when it never did. Very bad experience this round and NOT SATISFIED AT ALL

Most of my lights on the drivers side isn’t working there’s some trim pieces missing lost a gun and some earphones while the car was in the shop I love the work it was just small things like that that I see
