I tried to pay cash for my part but was told that only money order or check would be accepted. So I had to wait for another day to get a check from my wife. I showed up with the check and was informed that they don’t accept personal checks. Why wasn’t this stated earlier? I paid with a debit card and was charged an additional fee. Since when is US Currency not acceptable in the USA. Very disappointed with this business!

The lady that was there was on her game, I appreciate her! But I stopped to get groceries and opening the hatch back, there was a sloppy job of bondo filler and a package of VW decals in the left section, 5/6 plastic decals just sitting there, I had already driven 40 miles b4 I found that and after having hail hit our place, I was ready to get back to continue with the clean up. The Lady there at front desk was a hard worker, I appreciated her, but wasn’t too impressed with my trip home, you can see the bondo putty

Lea did an excellent job keeping me up to date with my repairs. She made sure she did everything in her ability to get my truck back to pre-accident condition. She was my voice to everyone she spoke to from insurance agents, to part ordering and repairs being underway-and that was very appreciated. I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to others.
