I made a driving error in a parking garage that resulted in minor paint and body damage to my car. I was familiar with Classic Collision (CC) since I had driven by the business many times. It always had a neat and well run appearance so I took my car there for the repair. Itzel Arellano and Stephen Torres were my points of personal contact with CC. Itzel did the office work and Stephen did the repair work. I was very pleased with both of them. They gave me a solid impression of knowing what they were doing. My repair was not a big job but the way these two professionals handled it made it clear that CC was my choice for any future collision work of any size.

When I dropped off the vehicle for repairs I said that I hoped that it would be completed on time and that it would come back clean, with no shop dust or dirt on the car. When I picked it up it was as clean as I keep and it was delivered ahead of time. A job professionally done and well done. 👍

They clearly communicated the damage to my vehicle at drop off and kindly explained the process of getting it fixed and back to me as soon as they could. An employee helped me with a ride to my rental car after drop off. They texted me updates through the process, and at pickup the car was immaculately clean!!!

Great customer service, they completed repairs ahead of schedule. Stephan kept me informed on everything that was happening with my vehicle from start to finish. Delia was very pleasant and professional, she took the time to explain to me all the do’s and don’s as it relates to the aftercare of my vehicle.. She also made sure that I received the best price and discount for my military service. All the staff are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are a military friendly establishment. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family in need of their services.
