In addition to the timely, professional work (I don't know if I'll be able to recognize my car in a parking lot without its injury!) I so appreciate how special every employee I met made me feel. The work they did was pretty good, but my windshield was cracked. When I picked it up they claimed it wasn't them but when it was dropped off and the adjusters saw it, it was not cracked.
