The customer service from the moment I walked in and throughout my experience was nothing but professional and exceptional. I will definitely do business again here! The store manager went above and beyond in offering a ride back to work if needed. The price for repair is affordable and they take the time to explain and understand the situation to ensure that the customer is comfortable with everything before they begin working on your vehicle. They warranty their work as well. This has been my best experience ever when dealing with repair shops! I am not recommending anyone to have to put up with this. There should be a level of accountability and I haven't seen that.

Communication is poor. I received a call about hail damage to my car which I believed to be garage stored. Had to make a second claim and seemingly if I don't reach out then I don't receive an update about my vehicle. The shop seems more reactive than proactive. No real urgency was shown to get my vehicle back to me. Each time I am told I will be able to pick up my vehicle, the day comes and I have to call in to see the status opposed to being apprised of any issues. Very non-chalant in taking care of the customer.

I cannot say anyone has been rude, but I can say I don't feel that I am receiving all the information when I ask questions nor do I believe I am being told the truth at times. David Collision has had my car so long I've almost made 2 car payments with no real end in sight.
