Above and beyond the company went to accommodate my needs. The front end looks great. They did a phenomenal job. Delia helped in a major way keeping me updated at every step to the extent of providing transportation. She made the process effortless and painless as possible. I hope i wont need them for awhile. You guys are amazing. From the 1st moment I walked in for an estimate until I picked my repaired car back up. The process was seamless, the communication was over the top and I picked up a beautiful vehicle that no one would ever guess was in an accident. It has been many many years since I had been in an accident and never as a widow and taking care of things on my own. These people are over the top, no words on how fsr beyond they go to put you at ease. Communication is obviously a proprietary in their world.

Absolutely, I will recommend Classic Collision. Nobody wants to have to do collision repair, but Classic Collision will be my preferred shop if I ever need it in the future.

Classic Collision did an excellent job with my car repair. They were great at communicating with me during the process with my preferred method of communication and were super helpful with the rental car part of the process. I was so surprised when I picked up my car and it looked brand new again, inside and out! Amazing work all the way around, I know where I'll go if I need repairs again.

The work that was done was very good. However, what we weren’t completely happy about was the price for painting the rest of the car which we agreed to for $1791.00. This amount was not given to us as an estimate, but what it would actually cost! However when we picked up the car we were charged around $1900 which was not the agreed to amount. That was on top of our $500 deductible! We also got an estimate that State Farm would be paying around $7,000 for repairs but the total was around a whopping $12,000!! Your estimators need some lessons in estimating!!
