My experience with Classic Collision was a 15 out of 10. From the moment I dropped the car off the service was the very best. I’m not good with names but I do remember Dee offering to take me to my rental car due to a delay of them picking me up. I took the car in on Tuesday and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. The repair was beautiful and looked like new. I am beyond satisfied. I am 74 years old and this was the best experience with car repair that I have ever had. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Exactly I didn't satisfied. My car's left tail light was good condition when I drop off the car. But I saw it has broken when I went for take my car. (after they fixed) Also they told me, they changed my car's trunk with brand new part. But I don't believe them. Because this trunk's left corner and right corners are not same. I think they repaired my trunk but told changed. I'm going to contact with insurance company and explain it. And I'm going to be checked this trunk another body shop and reported. I have one more problem. My trunk latch not working correctly. I will give very low rating.
