The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions efficiently. The workmanship is great, my vehicle looks almost new. The detailing personnel are outstanding! The body work repairs were great. Looks like a new car again. However, your corporate administrative staff failed to tell the administrative staff at the 900 west street location that you no longer accepted personal checks. We went through a hassle until they called Corporate telling them that they were having trouble depositing a personal check. They were then told that your operation no longer accepted personal checks. The whole 900 staff exclaimed, "when were they going to tell us". Poor corporate administrative mgt.
