Repairs were done to my satisfaction. It did take more than a month from the time of the repair estimate and the completion of the repairs. Communication could have been better during that time, but I understand that it took some time to locate parts. I feel like this business does good work, but keeping customers informed during the process is important.

From the time that I first brought my truck in for an estimate to the time that the work was done was close to 6 weeks. I did bring my truck about a week after the estimate thinking that the work would be started at that time. The parts had not been ordered and another appointment would be made after the parts arrived. I called a few days later and was told that there was a problem finding the mirror glass and that I would be contacted when it was found. I did not hear anything for 4 weeks and had just about given up on Classic Collision. After the mirror glass was located, an appointment was made and the work that I wanted done was completed in about 2 hours.

I’m totally satisfied with the initial work. I reserve the right to reverse my review if after a few weeks anything needs replacing (I.e. vinyl graphics which were slightly bubbled at pick up).
