The communication was poor and there was a lack of ability to provide even an estimated completion date until week 3. I was told replies to my emails were not provided because they went into Stephanie’s junk mail. They had my truck for 4 weeks. Anytime I tried to voice my dissatisfactions I was told I was yelling and was even told to leave the premises. I was hung up on one occasion by Dee. When I picked my vehicle up I asked if anyone was going to go over my repairs and the warranty and was told it was in my paperwork. I requested the cooperate number because evidently Stephanie was the one in charge and she had no interest in hearing my complaints, I was told I could find it on the website. I voiced I would not use their services again and Stephanie told me good you have done nothing but yelled as.

Thank you for completing my 2 small issues In my recent Hail claim through State Farm… very expediently. I was able to wait in your pleasant office waiting area. In addition, in both of my appointments, I was able to pull into your parking stalls. The front office Staff were very efficient and helped me complete my financial paperwork in an economical manner. Also, the Staff explained an additional customer estimate I requested. The gentlemen in the repair area were kind enough to complete my 2repair items during my 2 short visits.
