Our service rep was always nice and professional. I asked her to contact me if she was having trouble hearing back from my insurance on approval. Turns out there was a 10-12 day gap after approval where I wasn’t notified and it sat with my insurer. Insurance is the faulty slow one, it just would have been nice to be notified in a day or two of submission so I could co tact the insurer to move them along.

Took less time than anticipated to complete the job! Very professional, updated with the progress of work. Exceptional communication with the customer. I was a bit worried when I got the vehicle, the fit of the part used wasn’t that great. I expect a factory level perfection when a body part gets replaced, but the service advisor explained why it may not be exactly the same.
