Brad was fantastic! Great personality, explained everything in the repair process and answered all my and my wife’s questions. Called him a couple times during the repair and he answered immediately. Great service and Classic has a new customer for anything in the future. Thank you!!

The collision representative assigned to my vehicle and claim was horrible. She continued to make me feel like I had no knowledge about my vehicle or what was wrong with it. My check engine light came on following my accident and I addressed it when it was dropped off. Instead of having the vehicle checked out to determine the reason for it being on she had the technician in the collision center disconnect the battery, resulting in the light being reset but not actually diagnosing the problem. When the vehicle was returned to the shop as recommended by my insurance company her attitude and demeanor suggested contempt for having returned with the vehicle. The overall body work seems to be fine but I am intimidated by her attitude and behavior towards me.
