It was almost a 2-month process to get the car fixed and I was surprised it took that long. We ran out of approved-rental car days. I do believe they found all the issues and USAA process certainly delayed repairs.

Classic Toyota answered my questions about how the other driver's insurance would work to pay for damage to my car. They communicated with the insurance company to help move the process along. The repairs were professionally done in a timely manner. I would recommend Classic Toyota and would use them again if necessary.
