The car was returned with a mismatched rear lamp that had moisture in it, a hatch that isn't registering as closed, interior lighting that will not turn off when driving, a rear windshield washer that doesn't work, exposed wiring in the rear hatch, alarm horn that won't sound, rear plastic mudguard that has a visible gap between it and the bumper, a rear windshield that isn't tinted like the prior one, and a stain on the rear seat that was not present prior to the repair.

Rodney was very nice and informative, kept me up to date on everything, explained things to my satisfaction. I like the updates via email, nice touch. Repairs were done professionally, car looks like factory, Although the repair took one extra day from initial day promised, it was explained that there were hidden problems found behind the exterior damage and I understand how that happens. No big deal. I am very happy overall.
