We are happy with the repairs made on our Highlander. The time spent in the shop was not satisfactory. We feel that for what damage was done, 11 weeks was excessive. We did not have insurance to cover a rental for that long.

I was not contacted a single time. I would call every couple of months, and every time be told 'we were going to call you in a few minutes.' Even if they blew way past their timeline for repairs, I was never notified, asked any questions, anything. All my stuff, including a license plate, was missing, and I saw the front bumper with plate in the bed of my truck. No one at Classic Toyota even cared about this. Customer service is the worst aspect of this experience.
