My car did not get back to me like promised. When my wife called the lady got rude with her and ask her do you and your husband not talk? Well my wife works in the hospital and she was checking on things for me between her patients. She got an attitude when we said that we did not care if the car was not washed, if the customer don't want something done don't do it. I do not understand how my car was damaged I'm the back but now something wrong in the front of my car. I will not come back for any type of repairs at this facility.

Your service advisor was very unfriendly and rude. Repair job was not inspected before releasing my car. Manager helped to re-do the job without proper words of apology. Almost every one in your body shop was not very pleasant to be with. What’s wrong with your body shop?

When I turned in the car for repair I specifically commented that the screen in the car had stopped working. The vehicle was with you for over a month and I picked it up this morning this was still not working. When I went back inside and reported this the person handling my case asked “was it not working?” So this was obviously not documented when I brought this in and specifically reported this and pointed this out. So I now have to bring this back in for another appointment this next week which is very inconvenient for me due to my work schedule and that I work an hour out of Tyler. Now that being said everything else was handled beautifully . Car looks great and drives great.
