I took my car in on 1/23/23 My car was supposed to be ready by 2/7/23 however it was not ready until 2/27/23 and I still have to take it back to get the molding put on when it comes in. Was without a car for 6 days because insurance would only pay for 30 days. The work done was good the inconvenience not so good.

My lights were left on and my inside light does not work. Also my car was filthy inside and out. My seats had hand spots on them. I am not happy.

Ďrove less than 5 miles after pickup and front drivers side hub cab came off somewhere on the drive and was lost. The wheels were aligned as part of the repair, so the hubcap was put back on the tire incorrectly. Now I will have to replace the hub cap at a added expense for me.

It took way to long and rental was up and Toyota didn’t help with a loaner car. I ask about one and someone was to call me back and never did. I was under the impression that my door was being replaced with a new one and it wasn’t. You repaired the damaged one. Please feel free to call me.
