I was told to have my car into the shop on Monday, last week. It was there at 8 AM and I was told it would be complete in two days. I have just received a text message that I will be notified when the vehicle is ready. It continues with if it is not ready this week we will be in contact next week. I was told yesterday that the vehicle would be ready either today, Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest. I have borrowed a car because the original estimate was lower than my deductible. I was told it would be ready in two days. I have a friend that is dying and I would like to go and visit him. It’s ridiculous that I have to ask somebody to borrow their car to go to visit this friend. I cannot believe the indifference the lack of organization And the complete way that people in the body shop push off stuff on each other. I’m tired of hearing about somebody’s on their personal phone and that they don’t know why they would tell me this information and all sorts of things and then shove me off now to the Assembly department and Kari Lipe period I hope to God, that she’s able to help me and get this vehicle returned to me. Honestly I don’t know how you can stay open running a business like this.

Not really surr the vandalism they told me about was viable! I do not see how a person would expect to get much gas out of a truck by punching a hole in the Gas tank n collecting it in a beat out old wash tub! Much easier ways to Steal gas! Also the Material the gas tank is made of is extremely durable. Then to paint n do the little body work on my truck took over 2 months to complete! Also when they called me n told me the truck was vandalized they said they would put a full tank of gas n the truck n they refused to do so. Also when I got my truck back it only had less than a1/4 tank of gas ini it. When I left for repairs it was near full! Also the toure light indicator was on showing tires needed Inflation. The lady I talked to said she checked the tires n they had 32 to 34 lbs of air. That was not true 2 tires had 28 lbs n other 2 had 30 lbs. Also their attitude towards me was rather combative. The car was on their property under their care. So they were n are responsible for whatever took place. That indicates to me that the person that manages that body shop lacks integrity!
