You were quick to set up an appraisal when I called. For the work done in a timely fashion. Worked with the insurance company, kept me informed on a bi weekly bases and were very pleasant to work with. Work on my car looks great.

They had my vehicle for a long period of time when I receive my vehicle The top of the decal Had a small tear. The car also has a air bubbles in the strip that they place on. Ford said they would make this right for me they would order another decal for the top and try to get the air bubble out of the strip. The car also had a large spot of tar on the side of the car. And a Scratch on a wheel. I took the car home that day and worked on it myself to remove the tar from the side of the car.

The shop needs to work on better communication, when the date came for my vehicle to be completed. No one called to say that they would need more time. The text messages are useless as they give no real information. Only to say you will receive another one a week later. Once I called to check on my vehicle another date was giving, date passed no communication.
