It was a simple repair but turned in to a hassle.

They were unresponsive and very unorganized to our needs which led to the long time off renting a car which should not have been needed at all if the parts would have been ordered correctly. It is an expense that should not have happened in this situation. I would not recommend that LM continue use this shop.
