Did a beautiful job However when I got my truck It has a mysterious Dent it didn't Have before And for some reason there's something wrong with the battery the Truck doesn't want to start all the time where it was just fine when I handed it in

Took a little longer than I expected for the repair to be completed. Initial inspection missed cracked cover for trailer plug. Found loose unconnected plugs that were later connected. Had to come back to replace a cap on bumper pad.

I find them knowing installation of faulty equipment quite disturbing. But ultimately the COMPLETED repairs were very good.

The majority of the work was done well and in a timely fashion. However, a defective driver side rear view mirror was installed. It only took me about a quarter-mile to notice that the mirror was faulty and returned immediately to coach master. When I brought up the The faulty mirror the gentleman behind the counter seem to already know about it claiming that there was a recall and that the mirror was a piece of junk. They did replace the faulty mirror with a properly operating one in about two weeks. I am a little disturbed by the fact that they allowed my vehicle away from their repair station under the guise of “being fixed“ knowing that they installed a faulty mirror. Nevertheless the end result was satisfactory.

Although the repair took two months, the damage was extensive and couldn't be rushed. Coach Master did an outstanding job and did a detailing that looked like I just got it off the showroom floor. I couldn't be more pleased.

My experience with the repair of my car was excellent: the estimate and the date to bring in my car. The contact with my insurance company was great. The car was completed earlier then I expected. The work on my car was excellent. If friend or family ask what auto body shop to take their car I would recommend coach master.
