There are a few spots in the painting that reveal the car was actually repainted ! It may be that some light sanding and polishing could remove these imperfections!

First time I got my car back, the trunk was broken still. Second time, they had bolted the lower anchors on backwards and I wasn’t able to get my daughter’s car seat base in. My brother ultimately fixed it for me because I didn’t want to bring it back.

I was originally told that my service would take three weeks. Nobody ever contacted me, I was constantly calling and being told that my car would be done the next day/two days/etc. When I finally got my car back, I got $200 off of my deductible which was nice because I had to pay out of pocket for a rental but then my trunk was broken still. They had to keep my car one more day and then my anchors were bolted on backwards. Thankful they waived my deductible because we paid out of pocket for the rental, but I’m still upset that a 3 week job turned into a 5 week job & there wasn’t really a reason.

The hood of my truck was repainted from some deer hooves that scratched it during an accident. I would assume the whole hood would be refinished but there is still a large scratch on the hood. The rear window rubber doesn’t appear to be seated fully in one side as well. Other than that it looks good.
