I felt that the time it took to get an estimate was an unusual length of time. I do very much appreciate that when I did talk to Joe he was understanding. He actually offered me a rental car which gave me an opportunity to have transportation to get back-and-forth to work, which was an issue. The outcome of the work was spectacular and I totally appreciate the end result.
