My car was returned in worse condition than I left it in for repairs to my rear bumped. The customer service was terrible when I pointed out the issues with my car.

My car was returned was scratches in the paint no where near the repair and chunks of paint no where near the repair on my car. I was told I didn’t know my car and that there’s no way that could have happened at their shop by Alan. There was a piece on my key chain that was broken and no one said anything about it being broken or replacing or fixing it. Alan was unaware that it even broken.

We appreciate the quality and efficiently that Coachmaster has shown us. Only one time something very minor was forgotten but quickly addressed when we mentioned it. I think a little more effort would have made a big difference. In Coachmaster defense it was a freebie , just doing it for us.
