My vehicle was repaired as expected but was repaired with the wrong part my vehicle looks odd. Coach works employees called me to let me know they couldn't find a certain grille, I sent them the correct link to the grille but as it turns out that's not what they were referring to, replaced the part with what they wanted and didn't let me know the information til after I went to pick up the vehicle which was obviously upsetting.

They were awesome, they made sure the parts were available first, so my car wasn't just sitting there wating for parts. They explained everything to us and showed us a vehicle they were working on that was similar to ours because I didn't think they could even fix ours. When we got our car back, it is flawless, I was a mechanic for a school district for 15 years and if I look hard enough I can usually find some sort of problem, I can't even find a little blimish, they did a fantastic job. I give them a 10 +++++++. I would recommend them to anyone.
