The whole experience was good. Because of short staffing at Hertz, a person from the office drive me to the airport to pick up my rental car. The person who fixed my car did a great job. The overall experience from start to finish was top-notch

So I have some issues with the work that was done. Missing bolt and nuts also the air cleaner wasn't even attached the over flow coolant container was installed correctly. There is some buffer mark's on the hood that look like tiny scratches and the brand new insulation that goes on the underside of the hood has a small tear in it. The core support has scratches on it. And I had to straighten up the aluminum skid plate it's underneath my vehicle that the fence bent when I was backing up. There 2 different color light bulbs in my truck now . They were very nice people " friendly "
