I feel that they were transparent and kept me up to date. I’d say overall amazing experience, great service, and very helpful! Not to mention when we got our truck back it looked brand new which was amazing from how it had been when it was dropped off. I’d say this is the number one shop in Chico. I’d definitely recommend them if you are in need of collision work on your cars.
