Took super long to get my car back, witch is understandable but the problem was only my front side fenders and bumper needed fixing...ran me up to 9k dollars!!! Then not only that when I got my car back I had a check engine light pop up ( never had one before) so I pop open the hood and my o2 sensor was unplugged, my oil cap was barely on by one thread and my radiator hoses were not put back where they were supposed to be...... I feel the mechanic wanted my car or somewhere there so they ran a check up hoping it would get totaled by my insurance then left things unplugged when that didn't happen... horrible and I have pictures for proof but of course I can't post em

Everyone was helpful, job was completed in a timely manner, I was kept in informed.. Final cost was less than original estimate which I am sure is not the most common outcome. That is important to me. I may have a set co-pay but if the insurance company pays excessive fees it eventually results in increased premiumsss.

I love my car, to have it vandalized was hard. Coach Works understood and took excellent care of my car. They fixed the dents and severe scratches and made her look like new. The people there are professional and very kind. I highly recommend Coach Works for any all of your car repair needs. 👍😃
