I was very pleased with my car repair. They kept me informed all the way with the progress. Were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Went out of his way to pick up a new battery, which was under warranty, and came back and put it in. Car looks perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The overall process was excellent! Good communication, Michael was very helpful, and the repairs themselves were top notch. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the car was dirty when we picked it up. I didn't notice when I collected it, but there were some rubber gloves in the front console, and fingerprints and smudges in different places around the exterior of the car. If you spend a few thousand on a repair that spans 2 weeks, it would be nice not to have to wash the car right after picking it up.

Michael was great at helping getting our repairs done, walking us through questions and making sure everything was perfect. We appreciate that they even gave us a bit of touch-up paint if we ever wanted to fix a small scratch ourselves.

After getting previous quotes, Coastline Collision was the best quote with the best service possible. Since dropping my vehicle off for repairs I had no doubt they would do a fabulous job. They communicated effectively and was always able to speak with me when I had questions or concerns. Picking up my vehicle it looks brand new. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Thankful for the job done on my vehicle! Took an extra 5 days I believe to be finished than scheduled and I had to show spots on front where pieces need to be popped back in, which was done well and in great timing. Car looks new; yay!

Ten out of ten best repair shop, totally satisfied. Tremendous job, I've used Coastline many, many times. Their skill is huge, just huge. There are some other shops, they're okay I guess, but really those others are losers, total disasters. Everybody knows it. This one's the best, I should know. Believe me I know a winner when I see one, because I am one, and this one's a winner. Take it to the bank, folks.
