JC and his crew kept me updated on the repair process. Unfortunately, parts are hard to come by but he did his best to get it back to me as soon as possible. The repair looks great and the vehicle was detailed nicely before returning it. This is the second car I have had repaired at Coastline. Top notch auto collision repair facility.

But I would refer absolutely nobody to AAA and I have informed all of my family members that they should immediately acquire new insurance of which they will all be doing not just my family members with my friends my business associates everybody I have literally posted a sign in my office and I’m making it my life‘s mission to inform everybody.

Auto auto club Ohta send out a follow up and allow you to grade their services. Which in this case were absolutely horrific. My vehicle was stolen during the process of a claim taken by Hadley towing only to be returned days later without my house key without my work cell phone and without the spare key to my car. All of this obviously caused a delay of at least a week in the processing of the claim. AAA has done literally zero. Not to mention they inaccurately determined liability they lied to me about the witness and several other things and at the end of the day I am having to go out and get an attorney who will be Not only holding how the towing accountable but AAA as well. As for the repair of the car the car does not function or sound like it did before. I don’t believe that there is any fault on the part of coastline Collision I believe that all of this reverts back to AAA.

Coastline Collision was amazing! They were really accommodating with the scheduling of my repair. As well, they were communicative during the entire process. My car is picked up and it looks amazing. I’m really grateful that they repaired my car so quickly and with so much attention to detail.

J C was wonderful. The whole experience was seamless from dropping off my car, then drove me to Enterprise rental down the street. Picked me up when I returned my rental car and did a great job fixing my car......looks like it was never hit.
