The communication was lacking from the person in charge of my repair. I was told my car was ready, but when I got there to pick it up, someone came out with an additional part and said he could install it if I had 10 minutes. I have to bring the vehicle back because of a sensor malfunction, the car is pulling to the right and a loud sound at 50+ mph. Obviously, my car was not ready to be picked up. I would suggest better communication on issues that arise during the repair process. I requested that my car be brought to Cockrell's because you have done good work for us in the past, but this experience has been disappointing.

Left headlight replaced and not working. Have to take it back in
