I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Cockrell’s Body Shop. After the unfortunate incident of hitting a deer, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed about the damage to my vehicle. From the moment I contacted Cockrell’s, their team was nothing short of professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The level of care and attention they showed made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. Derrick and the ladies in the office were so nice and friendly. My car looked brand new when they finished with it. Also washed it and cleaned the inside!!! Definitely use them again if the need should arise!!

The process of going through an accident is nerve racking to say the least. However using Cockrell’s Body Shop was a great decision in such a horrific time. Derrick was a pleasure to work with and kept me posted along the way during the repair. The completion date was set but they finished 7 day ahead of schedule and the repair looked great!
