After spending $5694.55 to have my repairs done. I received a "CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW" alert. Return to Coggin and explain to Rachel my dilemma. She took no responsibility or accountability for this debacle. I left there without incident and went to O'Reilly's to have the battery charged and also tested the starter and alternator which both came back good. But the indicator light is still on. I was told to bring the vehicle back to Coggin with any issues and that it would be covered under warranty only to be snubbed by Rachel. I reported this situation to my insurance company and waiting to hear back from them. I will never use these people again

Communication could have been better. The progress scale on the website was not kept up to date (it seemed). I was told multiple times when I'd call that the car would be ready in the next day or two but that didn't turn out. I think it's better for you to not try to be optimistic as to a pick up date but do try to be accurate.

The folks I spoke to were incredibly friendly. My car needed major mechanical and body repair. They took the time to make it perfect. My Bronco Sport came back to me like new. Thanks R!
