The work done on my vehicle is immaculate. Completed very well. My only gripe is the price increase that doesn't match what I was told. I basically paid for a part I won't use and they wouldn't budge off of that price.

Coggin provided excellent communication and service after I was involved in a collision. The staff is respectful and professional and the facility is conveniently located just off the 295 beltway. Highly recommend if you are involved in a not at fault collision you bring your vehicle to this location. I did not have to pay or sign anything, this place handled the repair and beyond! Thank you for making an unfortunate collision a comfortable and seamless experience! A special thanks to Ms. S and Ms. J in the office for transparency and helping me to understand each step of the process from start to finish.

First, this was the only collision center that would take a chance on repairing my son’s 1995 Honda Civic EJ1. All other repair shops wouldn’t give us the time or day because of the age of the car. Not only did Coggin Collison repair my son’s vehicle beautifully, but they were so patient in working to locate parts to even allowing us to use our own parts. The pricing was reasonably fair considering the damage. For reference, the entire passenger door had to be replaced, quarter panel had a dent and it had to be painted. Hands down best collision center. This is my second time using them, and would highly recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting a smile back on my sons face!
