Went there with my Nissan and Jennifer was very helpful even when i was getting so much push back from the insurance company from the other party she helped put me at ease and let me know step by step what would take place. I highly recommend anyone that’s been in a collision to go to this office because after the headache from the insurance company my car came back looking like nothing ever happened.

I’m very happy with the job the technicians did on my car. However, I was disappointed by the service at the front desk. The woman checking customers in was dismissive and rude on two separate occasions. Excellent repair work, but the front-of-house service really needs improvement.

The work done on my vehicle is immaculate. Completed very well. My only gripe is the price increase that doesn't match what I was told. I basically paid for a part I won't use and they wouldn't budge off of that price.
