Excellent customer service. I knew from the previous reviews and by my initial walk through that I would be in safe hands to handle the repairs needed for my SUV. Both Seth and Katie were so helpful and nice throughout the entire experience. They helped answer every question and kept me up to date on the progress of my car repair. The car looked amazing and they even took the time to clean and wash the car prior to pickup. Excellent customer service and work!

I had the best experience with Kaytee! She helped getting everything setup with my insurance company and did the leg work in preparation for me to drop my Jeep off. Chandler did an amazing job with repairs and my Jeep looks brand new! I'd definitely recommend Cole Automotive Repair.
