I never got updated about my truck until 1 week before it was done (they had my truck for 6 weeks). My calls were not being answered or returned. I would call from a different number and they would answer. The reasons my truck kept getting delayed were different with every person I spoke to towards the end, their stories didn't line up. Communication was 0 out of 10, I would not recommend this shop.

At the beginning, once the shop was notified via insurance they would be doing the repairs I did receive communication and they seemed very eager and enthusiastic about the job. However, once it was received from the towing company and work began, I did not receive much of any communication at all. I had to continue to call to be informed how things were going and just to get any sort of update on the progess. I had a rental during this time and a lot depended on how long that was set for, so I had to keep getting it extended once I confirmed it was still being worked on. I completely understand it takes time, as I was not under any assumption it would be quick. I know parts needed to be ordered, work done, paint, etc. But I do think just receiving calls every so often providing an update saying things like, we ordered parts and those are expected to arrive next week so just waiting of this for the time being, parts have been received and work will begin soon, or parts were received but they were damaged so had to reorder which will take another couple days to receive, our estimated completion could be potentially as early as, or even just calling to inform it is still being worked on instead of unknowing and not having any information. Overall, I just believe being more informed as the customer is ideal and keeps you more at ease and feel like you know what's going on instead of just guessing they must be working on it so this is just feedback to help with better service for the future
